Cancel orders
Due to the bespoke nature of these items, orders should not be canceled for more than 24 hours.
Sizing issue
If there is a sizing issue, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Also, due to the limited number of customized items available, we can only offer refunds for damaged items received.
Upon receipt and inspection of your photos of the damaged product, we will notify you whether to accept or deny the refund.
If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company will need time to process and mail the refund. Refunds are usually credited within 7 to 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@flowersagas.com.
